OK so this a just a little late, I can't believe that it is already May. Where did April go? Things have been so busy around here just as I am sure it has been with everyone. I love this time of year because school is coming to an end which I love, but it makes everything else really crazy. We celebrated Easter, had a new cousin born, and celebrated William's 2 year birthday. William has grown so much since a year ago. His vocabulary has grown a ton. I love dinner time, getting to sit down and carry on a conversation with him. (well as much of a conversation as you can have with a 2 year old) He is such a sweet little boy with such a great personality. He is always wanting to know what we are doing, and has some sort of comment to make on everything. The other night for dinner after everything he ate he would say"mmmm, I like broccoli," or "mmm, I like bread!" it was the funniest thing. He such a sweet little guy and we are so grateful to have him a part of our lives.
Daniel took William to the City Easter Egg hunt. (I had Saturday school). They were there a little early so they hung out at the park. William would live at the park if he could (hopefully that is not a sign of things to come). It was a chilly day and I guess Daniel forgot a coat for William because here he is wearing Daniels coat. I know it is hard to tell, but that really is William.
We have started to potty train William. He loves the toilet. Of course we should have waited, but he was the one that is always saying he needs to go potty so why not. It has been hard with him being at the babysitters all day, but only 6 more weeks and I can stay home and get him potty trained.
He is soo funny. I am sure every parent thinks their kid is funny, but mine really is. Here he is tip toeing toward Daniel. What is the deal with his hands, and the best part of it all is while he does it he says "tip toe, tip toe," in a whisper.

William knows his bedtime routine: potty, jammies, read scriptures, say prayers, and then he can lay down and we will read another book. Well, last week ask we were doing this I put his jammies on and he went into his bedroom calling for Jesus. He kept saying "Jesus, where's Jesus" I couldn't figure out what he was talking out. I thought Oh boy my son is seeing Jesus, I know he juts came from Heaven, but come on! Then he said "Oh, here he is" as he picked up The Book of Mormon. How cute is that.

FTR, you don't have to wait to potty-train! If you want, you can start as early as you like. We started at 8 months, and she almost never needs to wear a diaper around the house now at 11 months!
